I work with the Digital Marketing, Content, and E-commerce teams to develop and adapt visuals across multiple platforms, including social media posts, website assets, Zalo OA, and Facebook covers. I am also responsible for designing sales-focused landing pages and creating livestream frames for Facebook, Shopee, and TikTok to enhance viewer engagement and brand consistency. Additionally, I contributed to re-standardizing the brand identity system for a new store launch.

I collaborated with the team to develop and deliver a successful Christmas & Tet 2024 concept that received an internal award. Under the guidance of the Design Team Leader, I was responsible for designing social media assets, including Posts, Avatars, Covers, Poster, Thumbnails as well as visuals for Workshops. I also conceptualized and edited short-form videos for TikTok and YouTube (the most viewed video is 11.5K+ views on Tiktok), and actively participated in workshop program organized by the company to learn and expand creative knowledge.
